Job summary

A leading global biscuits and confectionery company seeks a Maintenance Engineer to oversee packaging machinery maintenance and ensure operational efficiency. This role demands a proactive individual with expertise in automation and packaging systems. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar capacity and possess the ability to meet KPI targets while ensuring safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as maintenance engineer or specialist.
• Experience with packaging and automation robot machines.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintenance of packing sections of all lines.
• Ensure critical spares availability and achieve maintenance KPI targets.
• Plan and execute PM activities alongside production teams.

Experience of JDE or other ERP systems

Flow packing machines

Pick and place robots

Packing feeding systems

Pneumatic systems

Pneumatic components trouble shooting

Basic electrical knowledge

- Responsible for Maintenance of packing sections of all lines
- Responsible for ensuring critical spares availability in store
- Responsible to achieve maintenance KPI targets
- Responsible for daily, weekly and monthly reporting
- Responsible for AM activities and providing necessary support to production teams
- Responsible for PM activities planning, spare parts availability, execution
- Ensuring health and safety requirements in execution
