We are seeking a Fitout Package Manager for an Entertainment Complex Project in Taif city. The ideal candidate must have substantial experience in Theme Parks, cinemas, and entertainment complexes.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate closely with architects and designers to interpret design layouts and ensure practical implementation on-site.
2. Lead the planning and execution of fitout projects, ensuring all aspects align with client specifications and industry standards.
3. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively, adapting to changes while minimizing impact on the overall project.
4. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and adherence to safety regulations.
5. Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers, to resolve issues promptly.
6. Prepare and present progress reports, highlighting key milestones, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders.
7. Negotiate contracts and agreements with subcontractors and suppliers to secure the best terms for the project.
8. Ensure compliance with local regulations and building codes throughout the fitout process.
9. Develop and implement risk management strategies to address potential project challenges proactively.
10. Mentor and lead junior project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
2. A minimum of 15 years of experience managing fitout projects in the commercial sector, preferably with experience in handling Theme Park projects.
3. Extensive experience in managing interior and exterior fitout works for entertainment complexes or Theme parks.
4. Detail-oriented with a strong sense of aesthetics and design implementation.
5. Proactive problem-solving skills, with a knack for innovative solutions and adaptability.
6. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
