Role Overview:

Cap Blanc W.L.L is hiring a skilled Overhead Crane Service Technicianto join our team in Saudi Arabia. This is a hands-on field-based role focused on ensuring the reliable operation, maintenance, and repair of overhead crane systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical abilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and corrective maintenance on overhead cranes and related lifting equipment
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system faults
• Conduct site inspections, service assessments, and repair works at client facilities
• Ensure accurate documentation of service reports and maintenance logs
• Liaise with customers to understand service needs and provide technical support
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures during all on-site activities
• Assist with crane system upgrades, retrofits, and new equipment commissioning when required

Additional Information:

• The role requires physical work including climbing and working at heights
• Will involve travel within Saudi Arabia for field service assignments
• Flexibility for emergency service calls and overtime is expected

Skills

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in maintenance and repairof heavy equipment or industrial systems
• Strong technical knowledge in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing overhead cranes (bridge cranes, gantry cranes, hoists)
• Demonstrated experience with crane controls, drives, motors, and mechanical systems
• Familiarity with control systems, sensors, VFDs, and PLCs is an advantage
• Hands-on field serviceexperience in industrial or construction environments
• Excellent customer serviceand communication skills
• Ability to work independently in various site conditions
• Familiarity with overhead cranesor lifting systems is a plus
• Technical diploma or vocational certification in mechanical/electrical/electromechanical disciplines preferred.
