A taste of your day-to-day:

No two days are the same, but you’ll mostly be:

  • Leading your team to deliver exceptional dining experiences from the moment guests arrive until their final goodbye
  • Driving high standards in service, cleanliness, and presentation across all areas of the restaurant
  • Managing daily operations, ensuring smooth service flow, and resolving guest concerns with professionalism and care
  • Mentoring, training, and motivating your team to perform at their best
  • Working closely with the kitchen and bar teams to maintain quality, consistency, and innovation
  • Monitoring inventory, placing orders, and maintaining cost control
  • Supporting promotional initiatives and enhancing revenue opportunities

What we need from you:

  • Proven experience in restaurant or F&B leadership roles, preferably in a fast-paced or upscale dining environment
  • Strong people management skills and a passion for team development
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and maintain service excellence
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and local hospitality regulations
