We are seeking a candidate with strong experience in B2C/B2B Telco transformation projects.

• Hands-on experience with Oracle RODOD stack: Siebel, BRM, OSM, UIM, ASAP, OSB, and Scale API.
• Deep understanding of FTTH (FTTB, FTTHR, FTTBR), 5G FWA, VoBB, OTT, and Open Access models.
• Skilled in end-to-end functional areas: Product Catalog, Order-to-Cash, Billing, CRM, Dealer & Workforce Management, Provisioning, Inventory, and Integrations (3 Scale API Gateway, CITC, LDAP SSO).
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, ELK Stack, Grafana, and Prometheus for monitoring.
• Proven track record in delivering project artifacts including Architecture, Design, Requirements, Testing, and Cutover plans.
