Job description

The Organization developments specialist I is responsible for performing Job Design, Job Analysis, and developing Job Descriptions, Organization Charts, and policies & procedures. Assist in a diversity of assignments as needed and provide other support including manpower planning, composing communications, and reports; proofreading documents, and ensuring that the Organization & Development Division requirements for administrative support are undertaken efficiently and professionally.

Responsibilities:

Job Design & Job Analysis Description/Policies & Procedures related activities:

  1. Assist Head of Organization & Development in performing Job Design, Job Analysis, and developing Job descriptions, policies & procedures, and a variety of technical and status reports pertaining to human resource management programs and activities.
  2. Provide assistance, support, and guidance to departments in the preparation of draft job descriptions in appropriate language.

Performance Management and Manpower Planning activities:

  1. Assist Head of Organization & Development to analyze manpower requirements, maintain and update manpower statistics on a Company-wide basis, and prepare reports on findings and trends to be presented to management for appropriate actions.
  2. Undertake research using appropriate methods and/or techniques, compile and analyze data for special projects.
  3. Proofread documents including manuals, policies & procedures, memos, presentations, spreadsheets, agendas, and other information for any errors.
  4. Prepare regular management reports on organization development initiatives, policies, and program implementation.

HRMS Database:

  1. Assist Head of Organization & Development to update ORACLE-HRMS, which includes updating organizational information and maintaining computerized records of all Company’s job descriptions and related data on the company’s HRMS database.

Statistical analysis related activities:

  1. Gather various Human Resources data and generate statistical reports, analyze, evaluate, and interpret the statistical data in order to identify significant differences in relationships among the source of information by creating dynamic charts for easy visualization and evaluation.
  2. Evaluate goals, dashboards/KPIs, sources of information, and statistical methods in order to determine any limitations in terms of reliability or usability and to ensure their validity, applicability, efficiency, and accuracy.
