Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance as needed to internal stakeholders on organization development best practices.
- Manage the development of an optimum organizational structure so that resources are optimally utilized and reporting lines are clearly defined.
- Develop long-term organizational development strategies aligned with the company's mission, vision, and goals.
- Develop a framework for the competence management system, identifying key competencies required for different roles and developing strategies to ensure employees possess the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Develop and manage career path programs, providing employees with opportunities for growth and advancement.
- Build a robust succession plan, identifying and developing high-potential talent to fill future leadership roles.
- Develop RUA s overall manpower plan to ensure all resourcing requirements are captured and in line with operational needs.
- Actively develop analysis and presentations on OD initiatives and their impact on the CEO, Nomination and Remuneration Committee (NRC), and other Board of Directors (BoD) committees as needed.
- Conduct research and benchmarking studies to identify best practices and international standards in terms of organizational excellence and provide input for the design of business process quality programs.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of OD initiatives.
- Provide leadership and direction to the OD team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively, ensuring that team members are aligned with organizational priorities.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Present recommendations and updates on OD projects to executive leadership and other relevant stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between the OD team and other departments to ensure cross-functional collaboration and alignment.
- Allocate resources effectively to support the implementation of OD strategies and initiatives.
- Monitor and manage the budget for OD activities, ensuring that expenditures are justified and aligned with organizational priorities.
- Establish processes for evaluating the effectiveness of OD interventions and initiatives and identify opportunities for continuous improvements.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the OD team and across the organization.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and ethical standards in all OD activities.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in human resources management, business Administration, management, or any related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in the related field.
- Professional certifications or a master s degree are preferred.
