Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant to support our clients in driving successful business transformations. The ideal candidate will have experience in change management methodologies and tools, along with the ability to facilitate workshops, analyze data, and develop OCM strategies that align with business objectives. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work with virtual and offshore teams, and flexibility for travel.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Serve as a credible OCM Consultant with demonstrated expertise in change management.
• Apply OCM methodologies and tools for requirements gathering, OCM design, and project execution.
• Develop and promote Organizational Change Management methods, including presentations, RFP content, methodologies, toolkits, and deliverables.
• Translate key documents from customers into English to facilitate effective communication.
• Plan and report on program progress, facilitate workshops, conduct data analysis, and solve problems related to change initiatives.
• Collaborate with virtual/offshore teams to deliver high-quality results.
• Maintain personal utilization and contribute to the successful delivery of projects.
• Travel 60%-100% as required for client engagements.
