Job Description

Primary Function/Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate personal credibility as an OCM Consultant with relevant experience in change management.
  • Utilize OCM methodologies and tools for requirements gathering, OCM design, and client project delivery.
  • Develop and promote Organizational Change Management methods and tools, including presentations, RFP content, methodologies, toolkits, and deliverables.
  • Translate all key documents from customer language into English.
  • Provide program planning and reporting, workshop design and facilitation, data analysis, and problem-solving.
  • Work effectively with virtual/offshore teams.
  • Manage personal utilization to deliver quality outcomes.
  • Willingness to travel 60%-100% on client engagements.
