Overview

We are seeking an experienced Organization Design (OD) Specialist to join the Organization Design Division of the Organizational Consulting Department (OCD).

The core functions of OCD include providing organization design, strategy, and general management consulting services throughout the company, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy, policies, and plans.

Your main responsibility is to provide internal advisory and consulting services to support business initiatives and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level management consulting in areas related to organization design, business strategy development, and management consulting.
• Lead large, complex projects, demonstrating strong project management skills and engaging partners throughout the project lifecycle.
• Apply critical thinking to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
• Utilize management consulting expertise to address organization changes driven by business growth, technology, risk mitigation, outsourcing, and transformation.
• Lead organization design projects, developing structures and operating models to support business strategy.
• Partner with leadership to review structures and implement necessary changes.
• Assist in project planning, tracking, and developing tools for organization design projects.
• Conduct research using databases, benchmarking, and interviews to conduct analyses.
• Support M&A activities, including divestments and new company formations.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or Engineering; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 10 years of management consulting experience in organizational design, strategy development, or related disciplines, preferably within the oil and gas industry.
• Deep knowledge of managing complex consulting projects and methodologies in business improvement disciplines.
• Proven experience in organizational design and management consulting roles, with a background in large consultancies being advantageous.
• Experience working in large, matrixed organizations; oil and gas experience is a plus.
• High emotional intelligence, political awareness, and adaptability to fast-paced environments.
