Location: Riyadh, KSA

Job Type: Full-Time

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about ensuring smooth order fulfillment? We want you to join our team! As an Order Processing Officer, you will play a key role in managing the end-to-end order process, ensuring accurate and timely processing while supporting broader operational functions to ensure seamless operations in Riyadh, Dammam, and Jeddah.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Receive, verify, and process customer orders accurately and efficiently through various platforms (online, email, phone, etc.).
  2. Ensure all order details are correct, including product specifications, quantities, and customer information.
  3. Coordinate with internal teams (sales, warehouse, logistics) to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery of orders.
  4. Track and monitor order status, providing regular updates to customers regarding order progress, delivery timelines, and any potential delays.
  5. Handle order discrepancies, returns, and exchanges, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.
  6. Maintain accurate and updated records of all orders in the order management system.
  7. Assist in managing inventory levels, ensuring that products are available for processing and fulfilling customer orders.
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the order processing cycle.
  9. Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to schedule deliveries and ensure the efficient movement of goods.
  10. Prepare and maintain reports related to order volumes, processing times, and delivery performance to identify trends and improve processes.
  11. Help the sales team by providing updates on order status, resolving issues, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  12. Analyze order trends and performance to identify potential bottlenecks or inefficiencies in the order fulfillment process.
  13. Support customer service teams in addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to order fulfillment.
  14. Suggest process improvements to streamline operations and enhance order processing efficiency.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  2. 3-5 years of experience in order processing, logistics, or operations roles.
  3. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously.
  4. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  5. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet operational goals.
  6. Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
  7. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and order management systems (OMS).
