Job summary

The role requires 8+ years in Oracle architecture and strong leadership, with expertise in OCI and Fusion Apps. You will mentor junior engineers and drive best practices across projects, while staying current with Oracle

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of Oracle architecture, design, and delivery with project leadership.
• Proven expertise in Oracle databases, applications, and middleware products.
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale Oracle implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud solutions including OCI and Fusion Apps.
• Excellent problem-solving and client-facing communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively.
• Oracle certifications (OCP, OCI) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee the implementation of comprehensive Oracle-based solutions tailored to meet client requirements.
• Lead cross-functional teams in the delivery of Oracle projects within timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Assess existing Oracle environments and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into technical specs.
• Develop and enforce best practices in Oracle architecture and delivery methodologies.
• Manage the entire project lifecycle from inception through deployment, including risk assessment.
• Stay abreast of the latest Oracle technologies and trends to provide cutting-edge solutions.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members and foster a collaborative environment.
