Job Description
  • Conduct detailed analysis of client requirements, translating business needs into functional specifications for Oracle HCM solutions.
  • Lead configuration of Oracle HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, and Talent Management, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
  • Perform system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring solutions meet business requirements before deployment.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design integration solutions that connect Oracle HCM with other enterprise applications.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user manuals and training materials for Oracle HCM implementations.
  • Analyze and resolve functional issues post-implementation, ensuring swift resolution to minimize disruption to business operations.
  • Participate in change management initiatives, guiding clients through system updates and enhancements to Oracle HCM.
  • Stay updated on Oracle HCM product updates and industry trends, bringing innovative solutions to clients.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Proven experience in implementing HCM solutions in various industries, with a strong understanding of HR processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being capable of taking initiative when needed.
