This role offers the opportunity to lead the implementation of Oracle Fusion Core HR and Payroll, ensuring smooth adoption across the business. You will manage system configuration, data migration using FBDI, and the development of custom roles and security settings.
You will support both regular and off-cycle payrolls, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance with Saudi and regional labour regulations. Your knowledge of multi-country payroll processes will be essential to delivering effective and compliant solutions.
Working closely with stakeholders, you will gather requirements and deliver practical, business-aligned solutions. You will also enhance reporting through OTBI, develop workflows and support integration across connected systems.

Degree qualified, you bring a track record of delivering over 10 full-cycle implementations in Oracle Fusion Core HR and Payroll, with deep hands-on expertise in both modules.
You have a strong command of multi-country payroll processing, with in-depth knowledge of Saudi payroll practices and regional compliance requirements. Your functional understanding spans payroll taxation, benefits, and statutory reporting.
You are highly skilled in data migration using FBDI, as well as interface development and working with RICEW components. Your experience includes designing and enhancing OTBI reports, workflows, and BPM processes to support business performance.

Previous experience in the Middle East and exposure to the aviation industry would be an advantage.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract role.
