Job description

Oracle HRMS Consultant (Oil & Gas – Temporary Position)

Key Result Areas

  1. Actively engage and support HR in business process workshops and conference room pilot sessions
  2. Conduct gap analysis of current processes versus recommended processes
  3. Make suggestions for viable workarounds to suit HR business process within standard Oracle functionality
  4. Support the HR customization recommendation process and document requirements
  5. Review and assess vendor delivery of developed customizations
  6. Review and approve all documentation prior to the SME’s
  7. Lead the User Acceptance Testing prior to the SME’s
  8. Manage and arrange the HR and Business User Training function
  9. Document sound recommendations for interfaces with other systems
  10. Assist managing user expectations within the HR Department
  11. Lead an organization wide change management initiative for the ERP project. Overcome resistance and barriers to change through a solid change campaign.

Educational Qualifications:
Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Business, majoring in Human Resource Management or Information Systems

Experience Profile:
Must have 10 years’ experience in HR consultancy
Must have a background and experience in operational HR senior/management positions
Middle East experience essential
Knowledge of UAE Labour Laws and regulations
Experience of large scale Oracle E-Business Suite ERP system implementations
Implementation experience in Oil and Gas sector preferable
