- Implement and manage financial modules in the Oracle EBS system, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Asset Management, and Cash Management.
- Collaborate with Finance and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Oracle EBS solutions.
- Customize and configure Oracle EBS applications in line with corporate processes and objectives.
- Conduct regular audits and analysis to ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Provide technical and leadership support to end-users and resolve system-related issues.
- Prepare training materials and deliver training sessions for users and team members.
- Ensure seamless integration of Oracle EBS with other corporate systems and applications.
- Stay updated with the latest Oracle EBS developments and recommend system enhancements.
2. Human Resources :

- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to analyze business needs and develop tailored solutions that meet organizational requirements.
- Ensure seamless integration of HR modules in Oracle EBS with other enterprise systems and provide technical support and issue resolution.
- Conduct periodic system audits and manage updates, upgrades, and data migration processes.
- Prepare comprehensive training documents and conduct sessions to ensure effective use of Oracle EBS functionalities.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and user experience.
- Stay updated with Oracle EBS updates and industry trends to apply best practices and improve system efficiency.
Minimum Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, HR, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite, focusing on financial or HR modules.
- Oracle certifications related to EBS in Finance or HR are preferred.
