The Role

Air optimizers – central controllers and Airscan business in the region is growing, and to keep up with this growth, we are looking for a motivated person for the position of Advanced Services Consultant.

This role involves generating profitable growth of the CTS business through technical and sales support for internal and external customers requiring system optimization advice, mainly focusing on central controllers, Airscan, and energy recovery systems.

This is a proactive role encompassing the conception and implementation of marketing strategies to generate new business and support existing sales channels.

The role concentrates on CTS Optimization services, supporting pre- and during-sales processes to identify new opportunities and ensure our offerings meet best practice standards.

What we expect from you?

Key responsibilities and accountabilities

  • Audit compressed air systems and present results; create leads based on Airscan findings
  • Prepare commercial and technical proposals in C4C, convert leads to opportunities, and meet divisional KPIs
  • Coordinate with Gecia to generate reports
  • Collaborate with the Equipment Sales Team, Distributors, and CTS Sales & Operations
  • Ensure excellent customer service and exceed expectations
  • Plan delivery and implementation to meet service expectations and communicate with relevant teams
  • Prioritize activities to achieve business goals
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with internal and external customers
  • Deliver presentations to enhance company image and increase sales
  • Use contact activities, tools, and systems, updating information in C4C
  • Analyze and report product performance regularly and monitor competition activity
  • Attend training to develop relevant skills
  • Identify and develop new markets or application opportunities
  • Interact with the marketing team to keep sales channels updated
  • Provide product training as needed
  • Undertake ad-hoc projects within SAA and Kuwait territories

Experience requirements

  • Extensive knowledge of CTS service ladder and optimization products
  • Ability to learn and develop quickly
  • 3-4 years of strong sales or hands-on experience in compressors, Airnet/piping, Airscan is a plus
  • Understanding of system optimization potential from generation to point of use
  • Excellent presentation skills for training and customer presentations
  • Responsible for achieving growth targets in this sector
  • Strong team player, positive, and able to work under pressure
