An exciting opportunity is available for an Operator IV, SPC Production, based in Dammam, KSA, reporting directly to the Shift Leader.

Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Operator IV, SPC Production, responsible for executing efficient production operations through skillful machine operation and strict monitoring of machine conditions to meet specified product quality and production plans.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Extruder Operation

• Operate Extruder machines as per the operation procedure.
• Monitor and record Extruder parameters during production.
• Report abnormalities related to Extruder machines and auxiliaries to the immediate supervisor.
• Act as the focal point for line operation to meet product quality and daily output targets.
• Maintain personal uniforms and safety PPEs in accordance with standards.

Perform other tasks as assigned.

Bagging Operation

• Operate Bagging machines and auxiliaries as per the operation procedure.
• Record daily packed outputs during production.
• Report abnormalities related to Bagging machines and auxiliaries.
• Ensure all packed materials conform to finished goods handling standards.
• Verify issued packaging materials for daily production.
• Maintain personal uniforms and safety PPEs.

Perform other tasks as assigned.

Raw Material Loading Operation

• Handle raw materials as per the operation procedure.
• Record raw material preparation and loading activities.
• Report abnormalities related to raw material handling equipment.
• Verify issued raw materials for production.
• Maintain personal uniforms and safety PPEs.

Perform other tasks as assigned.

Minimum Educational Qualification:

• At least 2nd-year college level or Vocational/Technical Course graduate.

Minimum Work Experience:

• At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

Knowledge & Skills Required:

• Good background in extruder operation.
• Ability to understand, read, and write in English.
• Basic computer skills preferred.
• Ability to lift at least 25 kg.
• Willing to work in shifts.
• Keen eye for product quality.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
