About The Team

Careem BIKE, a Careem Vertical, is now in Madinah, KSA, introducing the first public network of electric bicycles and scooters. We aim to improve quality of life and promote healthier living in Saudi Arabia, aligning with Vision 2030 and the Saudi Green Initiative. What You'll Do

An Operations Supervisor oversees the Field Team's performance, efficiency, and productivity, providing essential reports to the Operations Manager, Engineers, and Management to ensure smooth daily operations. Responsibilities include:

1. Conducting training and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
2. Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment by establishing standards and adhering to regulations.
3. Developing schedules, assigning work, gathering resources, and implementing productivity standards.
4. Controlling expenses through budgeting, monitoring variances, and corrective actions.
5. Ensuring quality service by enforcing standards.
6. Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.

What You'll Need

• 4-6 years of experience as an operations supervisor or similar role.
• KSA Driving license.
• Experience with bicycles and sustainability transportation advocacy.
• Affinity for IT solutions and app-based services.
• Excellent communication skills, including cross-cultural communication.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for bicycles and understanding of the bike-sharing industry.
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks under deadlines.
• Highly organized and process-oriented.
• Leadership skills to manage employees effectively and fairly.
• Patience, self-direction, and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work on holidays and after hours when needed.
