DGF SA has an opening for a Operations Supervisor in the Warehouse Department in Khobar, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate customer operations plans to ensure efficient logistics and support the sales team.
2. Mentor team members to meet daily tasks, schedules, and targets.
3. Support the implementation of customer operations plans, manage complex orders, and resolve delivery issues.
4. Track performance, participate in reviews, and analyze indicators for service improvement.
5. Ensure systems are updated with latest information on product availability, delivery dates, and pricing.
6. Support sales and commercial teams.
7. Maintain relationships with customers, logistics departments, and IT specialists for smooth operations.
8. Serve as an escalation point for customer and operational issues.
9. Prepare reports on customer inquiries, sales trends, complaints, and delivery problems.
10. Mentor and develop team members through training and support.
11. Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in customer operations.

Requirements:

• Skills: CRM, Customer Support, Quality Control, Requirements Analysis, Process Improvement, Project Planning, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Order Processing, Shipping, Tracking, Delivery, Returns, Value Added Services, Sales, Pricing, E-Commerce, DHL Business Knowledge, Business Processes, Stakeholder Management, Feedback.
• Education: Vocational/Specialized/Technical/Certification.
• Experience: Over 2 years.
