Job description

Main Objective

Be the main company representative for the Four Principles Riyadh office and support the management and project teams with various responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the main point of contact and support for the KSA team, and drive well-being initiatives
  • Manage annual renewal of KSA company leases, licenses and insurance policies
  • Support with the development and submission of proposals to clients, in coordination with the consulting teams
  • Collection and delivery of bid bonds to clients
  • Submission of deliverables to the client, to get client sign-off & archive necessary documents
  • Assist management in sign-off of project deliverables, follow-up with clients Procurement and Finance teams to ensure that invoices are accepted, uploaded in client systems, and paid on time/as per payment terms
  • Maintain KSA travel requirements log to ease the consulting team with staying updated with travel requirements for KSA
  • Liaise with finance to coordinate and manage hotel contracts in KSA and support with any problems the team faces on the ground with hotels
  • Liaise with HR and Finance team to maintain and update GOSI, Mudad and other government portals as needed and coordinate with government bodies when troubleshooting is required
  • Generate and distribute monthly pay slips in coordination with Finance
  • Manage company mobile phone contracts & bill distribution to the team
  • Ensure company databases are maintained thoroughly
  • Manage office items stocks
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Leadership team

Required Skills

  • Fluent command of English and Arabic (Saudis preferred)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (PPT, Excel, MS Word)
  • Excellent time management, analytical, problem-solving, logical thinking and communication skills
  • High level of commitment and perseverance
  • High level of attention to detail
