Job Title: Operations Manager

Location: Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia

Overview: The Operations Manager will oversee and ensure smooth operations while adhering to safety standards. Additionally, the Operations Manager will act as Assistant Branch Manager when required.

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize daily logistics operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth supply chain management.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee day-to-day operations of construction projects from planning through execution.
2. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, site supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
3. Lead and manage steam turbine operations.
4. Implement procedures, systems, and forms related to human resources operations.
5. Develop and improve the dark store's workflow.
6. Provide data and support for maintenance and operational discussions.

Qualifications:

1. Bilingual (Arabic/English) with 7+ years of experience in restaurant operations and customer service.
2. Experience in managing QSR operations.
3. Minimum of 10 years of experience in relevant fields.
