Job Summary: The Operations Manager will oversee and manage the daily operations of our organization.

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the development and continuous improvement of the dark store's workflow.
2. Implement norms and other basic systems.
3. Monitor and execute daily landscape operations of construction and maintenance.
4. Lead the Solutions Operations Team, overseeing a diverse range of clients.
5. Implement procedures, systems, and forms related to human resources operations.
6. Maintain permits renewal of vehicles (Operation Card, Estimara, MVPI).
7. Oversee the efficient flow of goods and materials from suppliers to customers, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effective operations.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
