Location: Saudi Arabia (KSA)
Experience: 10-15 years (5+ years in senior maintenance/shutdown roles)
Education: Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering (Masters preferred)
Industry: Steel / Oil & Gas Maintenance

Job Overview:

Lead and manage maintenance and shutdown operations for major oil & gas clients like SABIC and Saudi Aramco. Ensure projects are executed safely, on time, within budget, and per client standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage shutdown, turnaround, and maintenance projects
• Lead cross-functional teams (Projects, Procurement, Planning, QA/QC)
• Oversee contract compliance, budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
• Ensure HSE and quality compliance with industry standards
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders for smooth project execution
• Develop and monitor KPIs and operational performance
• Manage HR planning, training, and team development
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory)
• Registered with Saudi Council of Engineers (preferred)
