Key Responsibilities

Operational Oversight & Process Optimization

  • Manage day-to-day hotel, restaurant, or resort operations , ensuring efficiency in all departments.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and business performance.
  • Oversee budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation to maximize profitability.

Team Leadership & Performance Management

  • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork .

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality standards .

Guest Experience & Quality Assurance

  • Maintain high service standards , addressing customer feedback and implementing improvements.

  • Monitor industry trends and competitors to keep the business ahead.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in hospitality operations, with a strong leadership background.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills .
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building abilities
