Job Brief : The Operations Manager will work closely with the General Manager to oversee all aspects of daily activities, manage internal processes, and build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities will include streamlining workflows, facilitating communication through team meetings, managing the collections and payments processes, and generating reports to identify areas for improvement. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and motivated individual with a passion for operations excellence.

Your Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow and timely project completion.
  • Manage internal processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to streamline operations.
  • Schedule and facilitate regular team meetings, keeping everyone informed and aligned with objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and customers.
  • Manage the collections process, ensuring timely and accurate payments from clients.
  • Oversee accounts payable, streamlining the payment process for vendors and contractors.
  • Generate operational reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support the General Manager with various administrative tasks and special projects.

Requirements

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in operations management, preferably within a startup environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully streamlining processes and improving operational efficiency.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
