Uber is seeking a Key Account Manager to drive driver growth and fleet partnerships in Saudi Arabia. This role involves acquiring new fleet partners, developing growth strategies, and providing operational support to ensure successful onboarding. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, sales experience, and the ability to make data-driven decisions. Fluency in Arabic and English is required, along with a willingness to travel.
Our Operations team is the backbone of our business. As part of the team, you will play a key role in driving the growth of KSA. You will focus on Driver Growth and operate as a Key Account Manager. In the Driver team, you will pivot from being responsible for acquiring new fleet partners and managing their growth as well as shaping the supply strategy for new market expansion.
You will be at the heart of scaling our fleet partner network and driver supply, ensuring that new partners onboard successfully and leverage Uber’s services effectively in emerging markets. Your primary focus will be on the strategic acquisition of new fleets and successful market penetration.
Min 3 years of experience in operations management, business development, consulting, startups, or similar fields, ideally with a focus on growth and market expansion.
Sales and Acquisition Experience: Proven ability to win new partners and effectively onboard them to the platform.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify market opportunities and scale them with a hands-on, results-driven approach.
Strong Communication Skills: Comfortable being the face of Uber for fleet partners and collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders.
Data & KPI-Driven: Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions to optimize partner performance.
