Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager to lead and optimize daily operations at Dieture - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless workflows, enhancing operational efficiency, and upholding the highest standards of customer satisfaction. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering excellence in every aspect of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the development and execution of daily operational plans to ensure timely production and delivery.
Implement and monitor KPIs to assess operational efficiency, customer satisfaction and team performance.
Optimize supply chain processes, including inventory management and order fulfillment to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
Ensure seamless integration of technology systems used in operations, such as order management software, inventory tracking, and CRM tools.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by regularly reviewing processes and implementing best practices.
Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistency and quality across all operations.
Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and customers, to ensure long-term collaboration.
Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential operational disruptions.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align operational capacity with promotional activities and sales forecasts.
Work closely with the executive team to align operational strategies with the companys long-term goals and vision.
Requirements:
Bachelors in Hospitality/F&B or related subject.
5-7 years of total experience as Operations Manager in the F&B/Hospitality sectors.
Proven track records of achievements in previous assignments.
A strong knowledge of service trends and training/development with evidence of creative ability.
Expert knowledge on costing, P&L, financial control procedures and labor controls.
Demonstrated ability to work in a proactively diverse and inclusive organization.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and technical skills.
Good leadership and management skills.
