The opportunity

You will oversee and optimize operations across four key areas: Planning and Fulfillment, Production, Industrial Engineering Development, and Warehouse Management. Your role is crucial in ensuring efficiency, coordination, and productivity throughout the factory. You will have full accountability for running the mid- to long-term strategy and day-to-day operational execution, focusing on material availability, capacity readiness, and organizational alignment with market and customer expectations.

How You'll Make An Impact

1. Factory Operations: Ensure all factory functions are organized, staffed, and directed effectively. Build a high-performing organization.
2. Talent Development: Develop talent, review organizational effectiveness, conduct competence assessments, and promote continuous skill upgrades.
3. Operational Management: Manage operations to meet GIS Dammam Factory RELEX KPIs and 4C targets: safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and productivity. Responsible for on-time project execution.
4. Planning and Fulfillment: Develop strategic plans for material forecasting, coordinate with feeder factories, and analyze market trends to adjust forecasts and inventories.
5. Production Management: Oversee assembly and testing processes, manage vendor relationships, optimize schedules and costs, and implement continuous improvements.
6. Industrial Engineering Development: Lead efforts to improve efficiency, reduce cycle times, and implement lean manufacturing principles.
7. Warehouse Management: Manage material handling, optimize warehouse layout, and monitor inventory to minimize waste.

Your background

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in operations management within energy or manufacturing sectors.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma; Green Belt or Black Belt certifications are advantageous.
• Experience with risk management, FMEA, quality management systems, and operational planning.
• Experience with SAP or MES software is a plus.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
