Job description

The operations manager should ensure proper and smooth operation of the Music Hub as outlined below:

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Point of contact with client.
  2. Lead facility management of the Music Hub.
  3. Develop and submit a governance plan, including reporting, meeting frequency, and client feedback.
  4. Coordinate and supervise daily operations, VIP visits, resource allocation, and assignments.
  5. Align with client stakeholders and partners on activations and requirements.
  6. Ensure quality control of all items and materials installed in the hub, such as MEP, décor, instruments, etc.
  7. Obtain client approval for services and operational plans.
  8. Design, develop, and implement the operation plan, subject to client approval.
  9. Ensure health and safety compliance.
  10. Maintain quality assurance and control.
  11. Supervise facility cleaning and upkeep.
  12. Manage resources effectively.
  13. Handle problem-solving and conflict resolution.
  14. Supervise crowd management.
  15. Oversee facility maintenance and communicate with relevant stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role.
  • Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
  • Experience in budgeting and forecasting.
  • Familiarity with business and financial principles.
  • Leadership ability.
  • Degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field.
