Job description

Responsibilities

  1. Oversee day-to-day operations of construction projects from planning through execution.
  2. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, site supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
  3. Develop and implement operational procedures and best practices to optimize productivity and performance.
  4. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure cost-effective operations.
  5. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
  6. Evaluate and manage operational risks and implement solutions to prevent delays or cost overruns.
  7. Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance, project progress, and KPIs to senior management.
  8. Lead procurement and logistics coordination for materials, equipment, and labor.
  9. Recruit, train, and mentor operational staff to build a strong, effective team.
  10. Foster strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction throughout project lifecycles.

Skills

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
