Job description

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of construction projects from planning through execution.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, site supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
  • Develop and implement operational procedures and best practices to optimize productivity and performance.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure cost-effective operations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
  • Evaluate and manage operational risks and implement solutions to prevent delays or cost overruns.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance, project progress, and KPIs to senior management.
  • Lead procurement and logistics coordination for materials, equipment, and labor.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor operational staff to build a strong, effective team.
  • Foster strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction throughout project lifecycles.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in construction operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
