Job Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of construction projects from planning through execution.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, site supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
- Develop and implement operational procedures and best practices to optimize productivity and performance.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure cost-effective operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
- Evaluate and manage operational risks and implement solutions to prevent delays or cost overruns.
- Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance, project progress, and KPIs to senior management.
- Lead procurement and logistics coordination for materials, equipment, and labor.
- Recruit, train, and mentor operational staff to build a strong, effective team.
- Foster strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction throughout project lifecycles.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in construction operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management, and industry standards.
- Proven experience in budgeting, scheduling, and resource planning.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
