Operations Manager

We are looking for a Operations Manager to manage one of our project branches in Dammam, Eastern, Saudi Arabia.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• At least 5 years of practical experience in the same field.
• English language: Advanced level - spoken and written.

Job Description:

• Implementing the project's strategic plan, contributing to its development, and preparing and monitoring the implementation of operational plans to ensure they are aligned with the project's objectives.
• Establishing principles and controls for managing and directing operations and improving productivity. Strengthening relationships with internal and external partners.
• Ensuring the provision of services in accordance with the best industry standards. Periodically monitoring performance indicators and preparing departmental progress reports and submitting them to management.
• Contributing to the development of programs and services in accordance with the approved program and event plan.
• Implementing policies and work mechanisms to provide the project's services package to meet the vision and needs of various categories of entrepreneurs.
• Implementing the necessary work mechanisms and manuals to develop the support and competencies of project service providers.

Required Skills:
