Operations Manager

We are hiring an experienced Food and Beverage Operations Manager!

A well-established café brand in Saudi Arabia is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager to lead and oversee its multi-branch operations. If you have a strong background in café management and are ready to take on a leadership role, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise daily operations across all branches to ensure efficiency, consistency, and high service quality.
2. Develop and execute operational strategies to drive performance, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
3. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and quality control.
4. Lead, train, and support branch supervisors and staff to ensure productivity and adherence to company standards.
5. Monitor inventory, supply chain logistics, and implement effective cost control measures.
6. Ensure compliance with all company policies and relevant regulations.

Requirements:

1. Currently residing in Saudi Arabia or any of the GCC countries.
2. 5 to 10 years of proven experience as an Operations Manager in the café sector (coffee shop experience is a must).
3. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
4. Solid understanding of operational workflows, staff management, and customer service excellence.
5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-branch environment.
6. Knowledge of food safety practices and local health regulations.
