We are on the hunt for a driven Operations Lead to become part of our innovative prop tech start-up based in Saudi Arabia. Our mission is to revolutionize rental solutions for landlords and tenants seeking options for short, medium, or long-term stays! In this role, you will steer both our in-house and outsourced teams to create exceptional products that cater to our customers' needs.


As an Operations Lead, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the operational aspects of property management. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective management of owned and leased properties, optimizing workflow, and enhancing tenant satisfaction.


Main Requirements:


Operations Management:

  1. Oversee daily operations of property management, including maintenance, housekeeping, tenant relations, and leasing activities
  2. Lead and manage a team of operations coordinators, housekeeping staff, and maintenance personnel to ensure efficient property operations
  3. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and service quality

Team Leadership:

  1. Lead, mentor, and train the operations team to ensure high performance and professional development
  2. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment

Tenant Relations:

  1. Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  2. Implement strategies to enhance tenant satisfaction and retention

Financial Oversight:

  1. Monitor and manage operating budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial targets
  2. Assist in the preparation of financial reports and forecasts related to property performance

Quality Control:

  1. Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with company standards
  2. Prepare regular reports on any issues or areas for improvement, operational performance, tenant feedback, and property conditions

Vendor Management:

  1. Manage relationships with external vendors, such as cleaning services, maintenance providers, and suppliers
  2. Liaise with vendors and contractors to negotiate contracts and ensure service quality

Inventory Management, Logistics and Supply Chain:

  1. Oversee inventory management for properties, including furniture, appliances, linens, and other supplies
  2. Ensure accurate tracking, timely replenishment, and optimal stock levels
  3. Coordinate logistics and supply chain operations, including procurement, delivery, and installation of furniture, appliances, and other equipment

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, Real Estate Management, hospitality or a related field
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management or operations, with a proven track record in a leadership role
  3. Relevant certifications in property management or hospitality (e.g., CPM, RPA) are a plus
  4. Strong leadership and team management skills
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  6. Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  8. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
