Role Overview

This role is pivotal in driving initiatives to improve operational efficiency, implement innovative digital solutions, enhance customer experiences, and collaborate with third-party providers (Yakeen, Thiqah, etc.) to ensure best-in-class service delivery aligned with Cigna's global standards and local regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Business Transformation: Lead initiatives focusing on customer engagement and satisfaction, including digital channels like mobile apps and portals. Implement cutting-edge digital solutions for health insurance products and services.
  2. Project Management: Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards. Coordinate with departments and external stakeholders for seamless implementation.
  3. Automation: Implement automation for data upload, processing, and underwriting. Build processes to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and improve customer satisfaction.
  4. Target Market Capability: Support development of digital platforms tailored to the Saudi market with user-friendly interfaces and features like buy now pay later, Apple Pay, etc. Incorporate localization and optimize performance across devices, considering regional internet connectivity. Use predictive modeling to anticipate market trends.
  5. Regulatory Compliance and Governance: Ensure adherence to Saudi Arabian regulations and Cigna’s global policies. Stay updated on regulatory changes and adapt strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in Business/IT management, with a proven record in digital transformation.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Deep knowledge of digital technologies and cybersecurity practices.
  • Experience in the insurance or healthcare industry, preferably in the Middle Eastern market.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
Skills
  • Expertise in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proficiency in Power BI/Qlik Sense is a plus.
