4. Record and document all information related to operations.
5. Responsible for the development and continuous improvement of workflow and operational processes.

Requirements:

1. Bilingual (Arabic/English) with 7+ years of experience in restaurant operations and customer service.
2. Experience in Saudi cuisine QSR is a plus.
3. Proven leadership skills in managing logistics and resource allocation.
