We are hiring an Operations Lead to join a team that redefines fast delivery, helps us build and run this new service for our customers, and manages 3P Store Operations. You will ensure Amazon policies—including attendance tracking—are implemented and administered fairly and consistently. This includes motivating, coaching, reporting, and providing feedback on associates’ performance—covering productivity, quality, and safety both on-site and on the road—as a means of achieving or exceeding Amazon expectations. Key job responsibilities

We're seeking a Team Lead for UFG UTR operations in KSA. In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Managing, on a daily basis, end-to-end UTR operations for either one large site or multiple smaller sites, supervising store operations.
• Meeting customer-facing metrics while maintaining operational and quality targets, and upholding safety and morale of your team.
• Driving performance management of your team members and preparing and implementing training and development plans for the pickers.
• Working closely with merchant stakeholders to continuously improve operational processes and achieve sustained performance improvements.
• Conducting 4M / 5S and Safety GEMBA audits for the stores daily.
• Standing in for the Area Manager when necessary.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• A Bachelor’s degree with experience in a customer-facing environment, operations, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Ability to travel to different stores within KSA.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• A self-motivated individual capable of motivating team members and associates.
• Strong execution skills, action-oriented, and proactive.
• Resourceful in achieving objectives with limited resources.
• Ability to work under pressure and in ambiguous situations, providing solutions as needed.
• Good people management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• 1-3 years of experience managing processes and leading teams.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies is highly advantageous; knowledge of SQL is also beneficial.
