Key Responsibilities
  • Overseedailyoperationsacross retailorentertainmentbranches ,driving higherservicequality and branchefficiency .
  • Verify SOPchecklists ,review qualityreports ,andresolveoperationalanomaliestoensure processreliability andreduceweaklinks.
  • Monitorandanalyze keyperformanceindicators(KPIs) toassessoperationalhealthandimproveeffectiveness.
  • Leadfull-cycle processimprovementinitiatives : Design→Deploy→Measure→Refine .
  • Identifyandeliminate unnecessaryOPEXcosts ,boostingoverallperformance.
  • Foster teamsynergy ,enhanceindividualandcollectiveperformance,andcultivate culturalalignment acrossbranches.
  • Collaboratecloselywith branchmanagers , visualmerchandisingteams ,and qualityassurancedepartments tomaintainoperationalexcellence.
  • Conduct staffappraisals ,enforceperformancestandards,andsupportongoingdevelopment.
  • Spearhead rolloutsofnewserviceconcepts andcontributetosmooth branchopeningsandexpansions .
  • Utilize Agileframeworks andtoolslike ASANA tomanagetasks,trackprogress,anddriveaccountability.
