You’ll need to have:

• Leads the design function and be accountable for its performance, delivering on annual business plan outcomes.

• Assess, manages and mitigates risk to business.

• Provide strategic advice to leadership teams on all design requirements.

• Accountable for quality assurance of design output.

• Line management of design team members.

• Accountable for an external certification account.

• Accountable for an external audit programme.

• Accountable for the internal risk-based audit schedule.

• Holds full accountability for investigations and root cause analysis of instances of non-conformance.

• Accountable for ensuring the management system is available for use by staff, that it is effective, governance controls and management accountability necessary to drive integration and continual improvement.

• Holds full accountability for leading the design communication strategy.

• Leads and presents management review data to senior leadership.

• Initiates design business development activities.

• Leads the identification, development, and delegation of delivery of relevant training.
  Accountable for the supply chain.

• Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.
  
  

You’ll need to have:

• Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high valued projects/ programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture.

• Chartered/registered member of a relevant institution (e.g. RIBA/CIOB)

• Design services to clients across a range of projects/programmes (or equivalent).

• Highly advanced understanding of wider management principles and techniques.
