Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and direction across all operational functions to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Oversee the execution of mega hospitality and mixed-use projects from concept to completion, ensuring compliance with client requirements and company objectives.
• Manage multiple project teams and senior project managers to optimize resource allocation, efficiency, and productivity.
• Develop and implement operational plans, policies, and performance measures aligned with company goals.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and relationship management.
• Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement, innovation, and adoption of best construction practices.
• Ensure compliance with KSA construction laws, regulations, and safety standards.
• Mentor and develop project management teams to build strong leadership and technical capabilities within the organization.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost control to achieve profitability targets.

Skills

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized and reputable university (Master’s Degree preferred).
2. Minimum 30 years of progressive experience in construction operations and project management.
