Job summary

Parsons Oman is seeking an Operations Coordinator for its Qiddiya Delivery Partner team. This role involves significant responsibilities in contract support, including NTP planning and invoicing. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in contracts management and strong communication skills, making a meaningful contribution to the Operations and Commercial work within the team.

Job Description:

Parsons is looking for a highly talented Operations Coordinator to join our Qiddiya Delivery Partner team! In this role you will get to work as part of our SAPL Qiddiya Infrastructure Partner (QIP), supporting our Operations and Commercial work within the Operatoins Management team.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Support the preparation and issuance of NTP (Notice to Proceed) plan.
• Support the preparation of Personnel Approval Form (PAF)>
• Support the invoicing.

Preferred Educational Background:

• Degree in a technical field or related field (or equivalent) and at least 10 years of related experience in contracts management.

Skills and Competencies:

• Demonstrated teamwork mindset and sense of the priority.
• Strong written and oral communication, organizational, interpersonal skills, and customer service skills are required.
• Ability to follow through and to clearly deliver against work instructions in a complex multi-party environment.
• Must function effectively under time constraints, schedule workload to meet deadlines, and have the ability to prioritize.
• Strong understanding and appreciation of contracts management in complex environments and within the major program sector, preferably within the KSA.
• Ability to work in a matrix organization (dual reporting). Ability to interact with senior-level management. Ability to consult, motivate, and negotiate effectively with client groups, co-workers, employees, vendors, and contractors.
• Strong organization and follow through abilities.
• Good business judgment.
