You will be responsible for administrative support, logistics coordination, and personnel management. Key Responsibilities
  1. Operations Administration: Manage service tickets, inventory tracking, procurement coordination, and client communication.
  2. Personnel Management: Oversee employee visas, leave records, training courses, travel arrangements, and HR documentation.
  3. Logistics Coordination: Handle equipment shipments, track incoming/outgoing goods, ensure proper documentation, and liaise with freight providers.
  4. Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and propose solutions to enhance workflow and productivity.
We are looking for

We seek a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a strong ability to multitask and problem-solve. The ideal candidate should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in operations coordination, logistics, or administrative support.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages such as Arabic are a plus).
