Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Vendor Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will support the operations team in managing supplier relationships and ensuring seamless communication between internal departments and external partners.

Job Role & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with external suppliers to facilitate the procurement of goods and services.
  • Maintain and update supplier databases and records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist in the evaluation and selection of new partners based on organizational needs and performance criteria.
  • Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Act as a primary point of contact, handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as procurement, finance, and logistics to enhance related processes.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on performance metrics and operational efficiency for management review.
  • Participate in regular meetings with both internal stakeholders and external partners to address performance, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support the development and implementation of management policies and procedures.
  • Stay up to date on market trends, supplier innovations, and industry best practices.

Qualification:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field preferred.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or operations.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with vendor management software is a plus.

- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
