YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT

As an Operations Associate, you will report to the In-store Operations Manager or Team Manager, playing a crucial role in maintaining the store’s operational excellence. You will oversee inventory management and stock accuracy, ensuring seamless coordination of deliveries and stock processes. Embedded in CELINE’s environment, your role will support the Maison’s commitment to exceptional service and operational precision, contributing to a harmonious and efficient store operation.

Job Responsibilities

1. Business Development: Leverage a keen commercial mindset to optimize stock levels, supporting the store’s objectives and enhancing the overall efficiency of inventory management. Your role will directly contribute to achieving the store’s sales goals through effective stock control.

4. Operations Excellence: Oversee all facets of stock management, including inventory accuracy, stock movements, and delivery processes. Ensure that stock levels are meticulously maintained to support the store’s operational needs and reflect CELINE’s high standards of precision and luxury. Manage administrative tasks and stock-related processes with an emphasis on accuracy and efficiency. Work closely with your manager to implement and refine procedures, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and enhancing overall operational effectiveness. Adhere to CELINE’s policies and regulatory requirements in all aspects of stock management. Collaborate with your manager to ensure that all stock activities are compliant, supporting a well-organized and legally sound back-of-house environment.

2. Experience: +2 years of experience in stock management within luxury/fashion business.
3. Competencies: Exceptional ability to manage inventory and administrative tasks with precision and efficiency, ensuring seamless stock operations and adherence to internal processes. Meticulous attention to detail in stock management and compliance, demonstrating a strong commitment to accuracy and quality in all aspects of the role. Dedicated approach to supporting the store’s operational needs and enhancing the client experience, reflecting CELINE’s values of excellence and sophistication. Effective teamwork and communication skills, working closely with managers and colleagues to achieve operational goals and maintain a harmonious work environment.
