Job Description

As part of Saudi Arabia's rapid expansion and development, our office in the country is one of our newest ventures. We are now looking for an Operations Assistant to join our team. The Operations Assistant works under the supervision of the Country Director and the Administrative and Finance Manager (AFM) to support the office team in implementing administrative, commercial, and technical projects aligned with the office's global strategy.

ROLE AND ACTIVITIES

1) Business Development

  • Assist in planning meetings and organizing Insuco's commercial activities (meetings with clients, partners, consultants).
  • Help prepare Expressions of Interest or Proposals (presentations, references, administrative documentation, CVs) in response to project solicitations or RfPs.

2) Project Planning and Management

  • Support logistics for field missions (accommodations, visas, travel, etc.).

3) Office Administration Support

  • Assist the AFM in updating government administrative platforms.
  • Support the AFM in preparing for new colleagues' arrivals (administrative files, visa follow-up, etc.).
  • Assist the AFM with daily office requirements (purchasing, organization, maintenance).

Qualifications

Training

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in administration, economics, human or social sciences, or related fields.

Experience

  • 1 to 3 years in similar roles.
  • Experience in a consultancy or international company is a plus.
  • Experience working in multicultural teams is an asset.

Skills

  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Fluent in Arabic (mother tongue) and English (spoken and written).
  • Strong writing skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and computer tools.
