Key Responsibilities

• NGVS Expertise:Provide expert operation and maintenance support for Next Generation Voice Services (NGVS).
• AIR Expertise:Oversee the operation and maintenance of the Application Integrated Router (AIR) systems.
• ECE Expertise:Manage and maintain the Enhanced Communication Environment (ECE) systems.
• SDP Expertise:Administer and support the Service Delivery Platform (SDP) for optimal performance.
• Technical Knowledge:Utilize technical know-how of Core Communication Network (CCN) and Operations Control Center (OCC) systems.
• Scripting Proficiency:Employ multiple scripting tools to automate processes and enhance operational efficiency.
• AI/ML Implementation:Leverage expertise in Elastic for AI and machine learning applications to improve system performance and analytics.
• Monitoring and Visualization:Utilize Grafana for monitoring, visualization, and reporting on system performance metrics.
• Database Knowledge:Maintain good knowledge of Oracle and SQL databases for data management and reporting.
