Job Description

CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT ANALYST

Purpose

Provide support for the coordination of all Continuous Improvement activities related to the industrial process involved, ensuring the application of CI methodology. Enhance the participation and involvement of all employees working in the relevant industrial area.

Main Responsibilities

1. Identify problems related to the industrial process and plants, supporting project development and selecting appropriate CI tools and methodologies.
2. Analyze and evaluate the impact of projects on industrial performance, detect issues or deviations, and support the identification of suitable mitigation actions or courses of action.
3. Produce reports and documentation, update intranet sites, and monitor key KPIs related to project progress.
4. Assist in training team members in Continuous Improvement methodologies and tools.
5. Promote knowledge sharing, best practices, and documentation of know-how according to defined standards across regions and mills.
6. Ensure compliance with Tenaris policies, procedures, management standards, and applicable laws and regulations.
7. Safeguard facilities, equipment, and physical resources from damage, theft, or misuse.
