Title: Operations Analyst - Continuous Improvement

LOCATION: Al Jubayl- Eastern Province - Saudi Arabia

DEPARTMENT: INDUSTRIAL OPERATIONS

Job Description

Purpose: Give support to the coordination of all Continuous Improvements related activities of the industrial process involved, ensuring the application of CI methodology. Enhance the participation and involvement of all Employees who work at the concerning industrial area.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Identifies problems regarding the Industrial Process/Plants, giving support on project development as well as the selection of the proper CI tool and standard methodology to be applied.
  2. Analyze the evaluation/quantification of projects impact on the industrial performance, detecting issues/deviations and giving support on the identification of the adequate mitigation action/course of action that should be followed.
  3. Produce reports/documentation, update Intranet sites and monitor evolution of adequate KPIs upon the projects evolution.
  4. Help train team members in Continuous Improvement methodology and tools.
  5. Assist on the promotion of knowledge sharing, best practices and Know How documentation on the defined standards among the regions/mills.
  6. Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.
  7. Protects from damage, theft or misuse the facilities, equipment and other physical resources assigned to his/her area.
